I CREATE MUSIC TO MOVE PEOPLE. I CREATE MUSIC TO MAKE THE LISTENER FEEL SOMETHING, TO CONNECT WITH THEM. MUSIC IS DEEPLY PERSONAL, WHAT I WRITE IS A COLLECTION OF LIFE EXPERIENCES, EVENTS, AND EMOTIONS CHANNELED INTO SOUND. I DON'T DEFINE MYSELF BY ONE STYLE OR MUSICAL GENRE, BUT RATHER BY HOW MY MUSIC IMPACTS OTHERS. IT BRINGS ME GREAT JOY TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WHO'VE BEEN MOVED BY THE MUSIC I WRITE. THAT'S WHY I CREATE. TO EXPLORE THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE THROUGH MUSIC.
WHO AM I? WHAT DO I DO?
I'm a multi-instrumentalist composer living and working in the greater Atlanta area. I was born and raised in Virginia and grew up with a deep love for music. I started playing drums at age 10, then played in rock bands with my friends (we weren't very good), then started writing cheesy songs (I'm a terrible lyricist) until I became fascinated by film scores and decided I wanted to be a composer. I went on to study music production at Elon University and have since lived and worked in Los Angeles and Chicago (a city that has had an immense impact on my life and who I am). Today, as an independent artist, I compose what many are calling "modern classical" music. My music is a blend of ambient, classical, and cinematic sounds creating something rather unique. In addition to releasing music as an independent artist, I also compose music for TV, film, video games, trailers, and commercials. I've worked on TV shows including Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours To Hell And Back on FOX, Chrisley Knows Best on USA Network, and Undercover Boss on CBS. I've scored several feature length documentaries such as Luke And Jedi and For The Sake Of The Children and contributed original music to the video game Armed And Gelatinous.
